Say hi to Sophie - the newest addition to the LFA family as she rejoins us after interning with us 3 years ago. Read on to find out more about Sophie’s favourite spot in London and her hidden talent. 

What’s your feel-good song (s)? 

That’s hard a one. I have a whole playlist just for my feel-good songs! If I had to pick it would be DB Boulevard - Point of View.

Best piece of advice you’ve been given? 

My grandma told me a saying in Italian which translates to “everything you don’t do is lost” and I swear by it. Take every opportunity and do what you love as you never know what adventure it could lead you to. I love it!

You can only watch one film for the rest of your life. What is it? 

It would have to be Shrek 2, haha. I was obsessed with it as a kid. It just never gets old.

How do you unwind/switch off? 

Meeting up with friends in a pub garden with an ice cold IPA - dreamy! I also am currently a huge fan of the 'Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed’ podcast, it is hilarious! And lastly I love a good FaceTime call with a friend.

Something you want to achieve in the next year? 

Explore a new part of the world and try to go fully pescatarian.

Any hidden talents? 

When I went to Bali I managed to get up on my surfboard on my first try!

Favourite spot in London and why? 

It changes on a weekly basis but at the moment my favourite spot is Balham Bowls Club. It's a great pub and I had all the fun there on my birthday.

Favourite Instagram account (s) and why? 

I love @colorsxtudios and @majesticcasual to discover new artists. @virgomood for giving me throwback 90s fashion inspiration and @vickygrout for her incredible portrait photography.

One thing you can't live without

My music! I'm not sure how I would survive without my Spotify, I love discovering new artists and genres and seeing them at festivals over the summer. My favourite at the moment is SG Lewis, who I’m going to see in February.

What are you having for dinner tonight?

I’m off for a Franco Manca pizza and then to the pub for a peep show quiz!
